The Toothless Wonder!!
Kaira finally lost the front tooth that has been wiggling for months. She is VERY excited about it finally falling out.

SNOW!
Towards the end of the school day on Thursday, it started to snow a little...

And by the time we got home, there was even more to play with on the back porch...

School was cancelled on Friday because of the snow in the forecast. When we woke up Friday morning, Kaira was delighted to see SNOW!

It was a snow day, so of course we had to get out there and play in it...

Snowball Fight!! (my mom was in visiting for the weekend, so she got in on the snowball action too!)

Patriot's Day/Grandparent's Day
Patriot's Day at Kaira's school, where the kids all do projects to learn about the great Patriots that helped found our nation. It also coincides with Grandparent's day, so the grandparents can come see the kids sing patriotic songs and read their reports they wrote about a patriot of choice.

We took my mom down to the Boardwalk after school, and Kaira got to ride the carosel there...

Super Bowl
The Emergency Medicine group at school hosted a Super bowl party... and since I am one of the officers, I was responsible for the desserts. So I decided to make Saint's themed desserts. Kaira thought they were pretty cool. Her bear also got to show off some Saints pride...

A day at the park
Kaira and Lokei (and Jamari) playing at the park one afternoon while we were down for a visit...

IHOP
Going out to breakfast one day after getting bloodwork done... Kaira showing off her bandaged arm... and her smiley face pancake!
